Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ

Where are you located and do you travel?

I am located in Philadelphia; however, I travel! I love to take on new adventures and would absolutely be open to traveling for your session. *I do charge extra for travel so please inquire. *

How do we receive our photos?

You'll receive an email with a link to your online digital gallery for you to view. Through this link you'll be able to share your photos as well as download them to your device.

How many pictures will we receive?

This fully depends on the type of session you book. For one hour sessions, 75-150 is typical. I do not put a limit on the amount of photos I send. I want to be able to deliver as many beautiful photos as I can and provide you with many options to cherish.

When will we receive our photos?

You can expect to receive your photos 1-2 weeks after our session.

Where do we go to take the photos?

This is ultimately up to you! If you are stumped on a location I do have a long list of recommended places and I can help you research more as well.

I don't know how to pose, will you help me?

Of course! I usually start each of my sessions out with the basic, traditional poses and then move into more candid moments. This is where I will provide you with prompts and this is where your true personality and connection will shine!

What happens if there is bad weather the day of our session?

We can absolutely reschedule if there is bad weather on the day our session is scheduled and there is no extra charge for this as I understand that these things happen!

Will you photoshop me?

My number one goal is to capture true, authentic moments. With that being said, I also want you to feel beautiful and not worry about a thing. If there is something that you are uncomfortable about, please tell me! There are numerous ways for us to make sure you feel as comfortable and as beautiful as possible. I can help and pose you in ways that will flatter you and I will edit out blemishes if you would like me to do that!

Can I get my deposit back?

Myself and other photographers require deposits in order to book a session with us to ensure your date and time. This locks in your session and is applied towards the final price of your session.
With that being said, deposits are non-refundable. While I really, really hope we are able to reschedule because I get so excited to work with each and every one of you, if you absolutely have to cancel unfortunately your deposit is non-refundable. This is due to the time and effort I have spent planning for our session (I care so so much about each session) and because it may be hard to book another session during that time.
